Solveig Emanuelsson

Solveig has a long-standing background in theatre, mainly as a director, drama and theatre teacher. She has extensive experience in identifying and developing individual's and groups' potential to meet a defined set of goals. Her skills include the ability to value, support and uplift a person's inherent resources and by guiding and helping them to focus on their strengths, give them space to grow and expand far beyond any perceived limitations. Having also studied psychology and psychodrama, Solveig has a deep understanding of group - as well as individual - development processes.

Solveig has full knowledge and practical competence in the communication and conflict management model known as 'Non Violent Communication' - or as it's sometimes known as 'Giraffe language'. She also has extensive experience leading Forum Games and valuation exercises.
